Hi I have been waiting for this order since July 15 2020 and it has been stuck in "Pending" since it was made. I understand there was issues with lockdowns in 2020. And there is also issues with some shipping and manufactures during 2020. But it is now 2021 and I would like this resolved.

I am so sorry your order has yet to arrive! I took a look and it looks like it hasn't been able to ship because we are, unfortunately, out of stock on the SF T-shirt. Would you like us to go ahead and ship the rest of the items? :)
So the order has been on hold for 9 months (Approximately 270 days) because of one shirt is not in stock in that size?
Instead of sending without the shirt. I would rather swap the shirt with
"Pathfinder Second Edition Logo T-Shirt" XL, which is also from Offworld Designs.And then with the $3 refund. We can work towards how Paizo can repay that. It cannot be refunded to the card which purchased this order 9 months ago, as it has in the intervening period been cancelled due to fraud.

I also wanted to reassure you that you have not yet been charged for the order because we don't charge for it until it is shipping out. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)

Because we charge for the order when we ship it, we attempted to charge the order this morning but it looks like the payment still needs to be updated from the card that was cancelled and then the order should be on its way :)
