Paizo Order #36323163 Shipment Problem

My package was sent on 02/11/2020, according to the email Paizo sent me on that day. However, it has not yet arrived and it is 13 days later. I have never had to wait this long for a package from Paizo before; it usually takes 5 to 8 days. Has the package been sent or is it still pending for some reason? I sent a reply via email about this issue 6 days after the email notice from Paizo that allowed me to download the PDFs of the products from my subscription order, but have not yet received any contact from a Paizo representative. I am concerned that the package is lost in transit or something.

I tried to track my package with the link provided in the email provided that day; however, the tracking number is not working. It displays the following message when I try the link you provided:

"Results for PZO00003370465"
"Tracking information for this piece is unavailable at this time. Tracking may take 24-48 hours after your mail piece has shipped. Please check back at a later time for additional information."
"If tracking is unavailable after 3 days, please contact your shipper."

Coincidentally, I have ordered something online from another online store located in Spokane, WA on the 12th and received that package a few days ago already.

It did indeed leave our warehouse on 2/11 and we usually allow up to 20 business days for the order to arrive :)

It did indeed leave our warehouse on 2/11 and we usually allow up to 20 business days for the order to arrive :)

I have an update on this.

I received the package yesterday, but I had to pay for the shipping to the post office carrier upon delivery because shipping was not paid upon departure. The box did not have any shipping postage labels on it. I have photos that I took of the box before opening it. But, I paid shipping with my subscription already. So, what was the problem here and can we prevent this from happening again? Also, how do I get reimbursed since I have now had to pay shipping on this package twice?
