pdf checkout not working

I'm trying to purchase the pdf for the Lost Omens Ancestry guide and it's not working. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I took a look at the order and it looks like your card was declined. Usually this happens when information input for your card does not match what the bank has on file for it. We recommend double checking this information. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)


I did try to resubmit it but it would not work. I have tried using a different card and that didn't work. It seems like it's stuck on my first declined card.

I do see more than one payment method option attached to the account. Do you mind sending us an email to customer.service@paizo.com with the updated payment you want to use and I will gladly get the order set up for you? :)
