I attempted to buy the Lost Omens: Ancestry guide pdf but my original card purchase was declined. I attempted to fix the billing info and repurchase the item but it would not let me and left several pending purchases for the single PDF. I tried a different form of payment and that left several pending charges as well. Can these pending purchases be cleared up please? I had spoken with Logan Harper and she recommended sending updated purchasing info to the customer service email but I'd like to know if we could clear up these pending purchases on Paizos end because my bank was unable to assist in this matter.

I'm trying to purchase the pdf for the Lost Omens Ancestry guide and it's not working. Is there anything I can do to fix it?
