Hi,

I've had a few declines as a result of no funds in the account, but always been able to fix and get it processed.

But now, products get authorised, but the account does not get charged even though there's more than enough funds in there.

I've tried deleting that specfic payment detail, only to readd it (normally actually updates things). But now, it gets put on pending and ends up declining.

I have tried to communicate via email. Can I please get my subscriptions reset so they clear? Cause it's not my bank declining them (I checked, and individual purchases of other content go through just fine).

Order 36370404 and Order 36388956 of mine are currently affected.

I am so sorry for the frustration! I took a look at both orders and it looks like the payment method was finally authorized for the orders and looks like they were both fulfilled on 2/24. Please let me know if you see anything different on your end or if you have any further questions :)
