Hi there lovely Customer Service Team,

I hope you can help me, I just need to put all my subscriptions on pause until further notice :-(
I’m hoping to be able to restart them in the not too distant future.

Hi!

Unfortunately, we are unable to pause subscriptions. Instead, we would go ahead and cancel your subs and then once you were ready you could go ahead and start new subscriptions. Would you like me to go ahead and cancel your subscriptions for you? :)
