I hope I'm putting this in the right area. If not I am sorry and any help in getting it to the right area would be appreciated... I don't use forums usually.
Anyway the question: Can a Magus use the bladed dash spell with spell combat to move 30 up to a group of enemies, make all their attacks, and get a bonus attack from the spell?
I have a player insisting this is how it works and I'm just trying to find out.
Again any help I am thankful for.

Yes.
Spell Combat (Ex): At 1st level, a magus learns to cast spells and wield his weapons at the same time. This functions much like two-weapon fighting, but the off-hand weapon is a spell that is being cast. To use this ability, the magus must have one hand free (even if the spell being cast does not have somatic components), while wielding a light or one-handed melee weapon in the other hand. As a full-round action, he can make all of his attacks with his melee weapon at a –2 penalty and can also cast any spell from the magus spell list with a casting time of 1 standard action (any attack roll made as part of this spell also takes this penalty). If he casts this spell defensively, he can decide to take an additional penalty on his attack rolls, up to his Intelligence bonus, and add the same amount as a circumstance bonus on his concentration check. If the check fails, the spell is wasted, but the attacks still take the penalty. A magus can choose to cast the spell first or make the weapon attacks first, but if he has more than one attack, he cannot cast the spell between weapon attacks.
They can cast bladed dash as part of their full-attack and get the attack from it before smacking the enemy with their normal iteratives as well.

Yup, your player is right.
The magus declares spell combat. He casts a spell with a casting time of one standard action or less (such as bladed dash) and does everything that spell would normally do. He then makes all of the melee attacks he would normally get with a full attack.
Or he does it in the opposite order, but in this case he likely wants to cast first. Note that he takes a -2 penalty on all his attacks this round. Also note that the spell combat ability says “any attack roll made as part of this spell also takes this penalty.”

Casting the spell at the end is useful if you want to do a tactical retreat after doing a full attack. That way, if the target is still living, you prevent him from making a full attack.
If you killed the enemy, you can instead choose to cast a different spell or none at all.

The spell states that you can make an attack along the way. I thought that meant you can use one of your attacks.
If that were the case, the spell would not work when cast normally, because when using a standard action to cast a spell, there is no "one of your attacks".
A Spell Combat'ing Magus makes a regular full attack plus whatever happens with the spell. If the spell includes an attack roll, that attack roll is made in addition to the full attack. If the spell includes multiple attack rolls, all those attack roll are made in addition to the full attack. If the spell is a touch attack spell, and the Magus uses Spellstrike to make that attack with their weapon instead, that attack is made in addition to the full attack. And if the spell itself has the caster do a weapon attack, that attack is also made in addition to the full attack. On the flip side, if something alters the number of attacks made as part of the full attack, that doesn't affect the spell portion of the action, either.
