I placed the order on February 4, was charged for part of it and another part of it was declined. I retried and it went through, and a hold appeared on my credit card.
I checked today, and I understand that order fulfillment is taking longer and I have no problem with that, but the authorization has disappeared from my card, that part of the order seems to have already been shipped and there's no tracking info.
I'm guessing the line saying "Shipped package 3369031" is in error, so will the card be charged again when that part is ready to ship?

I took a look at the order and it looks like you had been charged for part of the order when those items shipped and there is an authorization for the second part of the order. I gave the second half of the order a good nudge towards the door so it should be on its way to you very soon, and once that part of the order ships from our warehouse your card will be charged for the purchase. As of March 13th, I have not received one part my order (PZO000033690300 which was shipped on February 19th (your nudge worked!)), and the tracking information hasn't been updated for that one shipment. The other two arrived without issues.

Yay! So glad the nudge worked and we could at least solve that first issue. I did check with our warehouse team to see if they could find any shipping information related to the last part of your order but they didn't have any tracking information either. Which is likely due to it missing the first scan after the order left our warehouse.
Unfortunately, there are still many shipping issues and delays that the postal services are experiencing that are out of our control, so we are trying to give them a little extra time to get packages delivered. If your order still hasn't arrived by 4/2, please let us know and we will gladly look into getting a replacement shipped out to you. Since by then it should be safe to assume that the order was unfortunately lost in the post.
