Harrow Deck Assets

Hi!
I want to develop a module for Foundry Virtual Tabletop to aid GMs doing Harrow readings, but to do so I would need high quality assets for a Harrow Deck. I'd be happy to buy a pdf of either of the two in the store, but they're not available - is there a book that has the full 54 cards?

The Harrow Handbook has all of the card images split between the inside front cover and the inside back cover.

In the print edition, each card image is approximately 1 inch by 3/4 inch. I doubt that you'd find that "high quality", though.

None of the other Harrow-related documents (Harrow Rulebook, Occult Mysteries, Occult Origins) have images of more than one or two cards.
