Can't place an order

Hi,

I get to the end of the process and click the big red "Place Your Order" square and the wheel will spin but nothing happens. I tried clearing my cookies and used a different browser but I'm getting the same result. Any idea on what else I can try?


Same issue here.

Checked and re-checked billing info, shipping info, and card info and all is correct.
Checked to make sure there were no holds being placed on my credit card—none. Checked
Checked my credit available—not even at 2% of my limit.

Like LoneStrider, I've tried a different browser (and different computer), but to no avail.


Tried again today, no change. This is what its like to fumble a purchase roll I guess Spacey.


Still nothing...

When I looked at the order on our end it didn't look like there was any issue with it and our 'submit' button towards the end of the checkout process can be easy to miss and does get missed sometimes :)

There is also a smaller grey button under the red one.


Hello - I have emailed the support several times about how whenever I go to my cart or login page I get the error page "Something has gone wrong" pop up.

This has been over a week now.
No difference or not even an email back from support.

I am trying to buy some goods of over $130 - but if Paizo doesn't want my money....

Oh and I have tried to access my cart/login from several different computers and different browsers.
