Still nothing...

Tried again today, no change. This is what its like to fumble a purchase roll I guess Spacey.

Hi,

I get to the end of the process and click the big red "Place Your Order" square and the wheel will spin but nothing happens. I tried clearing my cookies and used a different browser but I'm getting the same result. Any idea on what else I can try?

I am so sorry for the delay! We are working through quite a hefty backlog of emails. I took a look at the order and unfortunately it looks like the order couldn't ship because the item is out of stock. Would you like me to cancel this order for you?

Thanks for the tip, I tried incognito mode but no luck. I did try from a different computer and different IP so I know it's not me.

I've been trying to place an order for the last two weeks. No matter what I try when I click "ORDER" I get the following message "The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area." I have tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari; clearing all cookies and cache. I have even tried it from a different IP and I still get the same message. I've sent multiple emails to customer service going back two weeks which have gone unanswered. If it wasn't for the fact that a good portion was store credit I would have given up by now. Any help would be appreciated.
