Can’t start Lost Omens Subscription.

I’m trying to start a sub to the 2e Lost Omens series of books (starting with the Lost Omens Ancestry Guide) and it seems like the site is hanging on the Checkout page. I’m not getting any sort of confirmation either on the site or in my email, it the last checkout page just keeps reloading. I’d also like to make sure I haven’t signed up for 10 subs because that’s about how many times I’ve tried to get through the checkout process, lol.

Any help would be appreciated!

If the issue is on your end clearing the browser history, closing the browser and relogging in can help. Good luck

I’ve tried doing that as well as using different machines to order it (phone, ipad, different computer), and each time when I click the Place Your Order button, the page just reloads without any form of confirmation. The Subscription also just continues to hang out in my cart, so I’m pretty sure nothing is going through.

Tried clearing my cache again as well as using a coworker’s phone to buy the sub (lol) and still no dice. I really wanna give you guys money but the site makes it kinda difficult. :(

I am so sorry you haven't been able to place your order. Usually, when this happens it is because there is some information for the payment method being input that doesn't quite match what the bank has on file for it. We recommend double checking all of you information. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)

Hi! Thanks so much for the reply!

So I've not had any issues with the payment method that I've been using, but just to be safe I added another method and tried that... and still nothing. I checked the make sure that the new payment method is in place and it is, so I'm... not sure what the deal is. I'm still only listed as having the Core Rulebook subscription in my profile, so I don't think the Lost Omens sub has gone through despite me trying every couple of hours on different machines and after clearing my cache.

And I guess for clarity, whenever I hit the Place Your Order button, I get hung on the "What Will Happen When You Place Your Order" page. It isn't a matter of like... leaving the sub in my cart and it'll... I dunno, automatically apply? I doubt that's the case, but at this point I'm not sure what to do, lol. ;;

Thanks again for your help, and sorry for the trouble. I'm sure its something stupid that I'm overlooking or missing. :(

Okay well... I tried deleting all my payment information, removing my old info from my Core Rulebook sub, and then re-adding everything in (exactly as it was before, obvs)... and I... guess that worked.

Man I dunno what kinda voodoo this is, but... I'm just... glad that it went through?

Anyway, thanks again for the payment info suggestion! I guess... that's what was wrong, I just had to take a trip down some frontage roads to get things workin.
