Missing a Subscription Item?

Hello!

Maybe I'm misunderstanding here (a big possibility, to be fair), but I appear to be missing an item in my subscription being sent out this month?

I have been billed for Abomination Vaults Book 2 and the Ancestry Guide, but when I started by AP Subscription, I specifically chose the first book. Is that not going to be included with this shipment and instead shipped at a later date, or am I just not going to get this product (and the associated complementary PDF)?

Hi!

I took a look at your account and it looks like the missing AP was stuck in an order from January so I moved it to your pending February order so they can all ship out together. You should be receiving a new email confirmation for the order as well. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
