I hope this finds you well. I'm writing about my order, which lists as having shipped on January 20, 2021. It's a subscription order, so I'm pretty attuned to regular shipping times. Packages from Paizo generally take 2 days, so I expected it on January 22. However, it still has not arrived by today, which is January 26. Could you please look into what's happened and whether a shipping label was generated but the package wasn't actually placed into transportation?
