I just started organized play about 2 weeks ago, and I've been playing online every day since. but I'm unable to purchase some boons because the last few game sessions don't yet appear on Paizo.
It's only been a few days, so not very long at all, but it got me wondering how long it typically takes before sessions get reported and show up in your organized play page.
Do most GMs report right away? Is there a deadline? At what point is it considered 'late?' If I suspect something went wrong with reporting, how would I get it fixed? Who would I contact? The original GM? If all I have is the GM# from the chronicle sheet, how do I use that to contact him or her? What if I never received a chronicle sheet?
I've started to keep records of the games I play in an excel sheet, inputting the info from the chronicle sheets. It makes it easier to notice if I don't receive a chronicle sheet at all.
Is there a good resource I can use that would answer all these questions for me?
Thanks!

Here is a decent place to get those answers.
There is no “deadline” for a GM to report a game. I try to report within 24 hours, but it has also taken me a week more than once in the past.
I suspect more often than not, missing games are due to entry errors (player number and/or character number). The solution is to contact the reporting entity for the game. That might be the GM or it might be a venture officer. If you don’t have the contact for the GM, contact a venture officer for the event.
If you never received a chronicle sheet, don’t have the GM’s contact, AND don’t have a way to communicate with the event organizer, that can be problematic.

There have been several discussions on what is considered reasonable but there has been no firm answer provided by Organized Play Leadership or anything in the Guide stating a reasonable time.
Some people think that it is reasonable for the GM to have the table reported and the chronicles sent within minutes of the end of the adventure. I don't believe this.
Others believe a reasonable time for the chronicle is 24 hours and for the reporting to be some time longer than that.
If my view, and my goal when I GM, is after 2 or 3 days, reach out to the GM. There are many outside factors that could delay the chronicle getting out or delivered and for the reporting of the table. Some of these factors could be related to the GM and some may be related to information provided by the players.

If its for a convention, those can take longer to report as the GMs have to send the info to the organizers and they report it. I try to get my cons reported within a week, but sometimes life happens and it doesn't get done for a week or two.
This also happens outside of cons, sometimes, with GMs handing sheets over to an event organizer (was very common when meatspace play was more common, with whoever organized the event at a given venue handling all the reporting).

Ok, thank you. I just don't want to bother the GM before a reasonable amount of time has passed. Thanks for the info, this is exactly the type of answer I was hoping for.
How did you sign up for the games? If it was through Warhorn, then it's possible you could go back and find the old listing. They get hidden after their end time passes, but you can still find them unless they are removed from the event entirely. Sometimes that happens as events clean up their old listings.
To find them, under Upcoming Signups there should be a small link to "All your signups." Click on that, and you should see past signups. Inside one of those, you should be able to add a message to the discussion, which will trigger an email to the GM (and all of the other players, so don't overuse it).
The Warhorn event itself might have an event organizer listed on its main page.
If sign-ups were somewhere else (discord, a forum somewhere), then ask around there, and someone might be able to help you find the GM.

You name looks familiar. If your missing something from the Omaha Pathfinders, let me know and I will track it down.
Keep in mind that the link on Warhorn only works if the tables are not cleared. I know some lodges clear the tables out of Warhorn shortly after they are complete, thus eliminating the history of play.

I haven't played with you guys, but I appreciate the reaching out.
