Not getting Paizo Advantage Discount

I've had all four of my qualifying subscriptions ship, yet I still do not see the discount being applied to any items online. Under Account settings it says I have gained access to the Paizo Advantage yet that does not appear to be the case. I've now had another subscription item ship that should have gotten the discount but it did not so I'd like to get that credited back as well. Order 36326199

I sent an email in on January 8th and have yet to hear anything back. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am so sorry you didn't receive the paizo advantage discount on order 36326199! Based on your subscriptions, you definitely should have received the discount, so I went ahead and refunded the difference to the payment method used on the order. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)


Thank you! Is there anything you can do to figure out why nothing in the store is currently giving me the paizo advantage discount? I'd like to purchase some adventure paths and was holding off until the discount kicked in. For instance if I look at the Agents of Edgewatch adventure paths, Print Editions are $24.99 and PDFs are $17.99. The price doesn't change when added to my cart either although I'd assume the discount would reflect on each item in the store prior to adding to my cart.

I took another look at the account and everything with your subscriptions and discount look like they should be correct, is it still not showing you the discounted prices when you go to place your order? If it isn't please let me know and I will gladly consult our tech department. I am so sorry for the frustration and thank you for your patience :)

When working properly it will definitely show the discount when the items are added to your cart. Each item will have the price with a line through it and then your discounted price shown.

The store does not show the price prior to adding it to the cart anymore.
