The closest thing I can think of would be the Minata Archipelago off the coast of Tian Xia. It seems to correspond roughly to the East Indies of our world.
The Okaiyo Ocean east of Tian Xia would be Golarion's equivalent of Earth's Pacific Ocean, so there are likely to be islands in that ocean that are a good match for the islands that in our world are inhabited by Polynesians, but no such islands have been detailed to date.

The ocean is a vast and unknown place. In *your* Golarion there could be any number of island nations waiting to be discovered, lost worlds, relics of ancient civilizations, unguessed mysteries and unplumbed depths.
So why not a Polynesia analogue?

Your world is going to be more flavorful if it's not "Pathfinder Polynesia." If you like the location, make the culture different, like have Greek warring city-states but on islands; or, if you like the culture, change the location, like Maori warriors on icy mountain peaks.
But I would say the direct answer to your question would be Azlant - an archipelago with a deep, unwritten history and only a few mysterious clues.
