I tried to buy Aliens Archive 4 on Amazon and the order kept being delayed.
Then I came on Paizo and tried to buy it directly and it kept rejecting my form of payment.
Since I thought this was about actually purchasing products (I wanted to buy the Battle Deck cards, too), I'd get a responses.
I got nothing.

Hi folks, we are working very hard to address things as quickly as possible. As the new members of our expanded customer service team are getting up to speed, we are seeing our backlog reduced at a much faster rate.
