The Metro Boston Lodge will be running a large number of online games at the virtual TotalCon this year. Convention dates are Feb 18-21, 2020.
We're currently in the GM sign-up phase. We're planning to run one special for each of PFS1/PFS2/SFS. I think we're still a week or two away from player sign-ups. Please let me know if you have other questions.
The convention is charging a $10 badge fee for the weekend. GMs can get a free badge by running at least two games. There's no table fee on top of the badge fee for players.

I plan to come help since the charity con I would normally be planning is not happening this year. :(

I believe player registration starts today. We're still in need of more GMs and we haven't removed GM-less sessions from the TTE system yet, but that will happen at some point. I'm working to get the needed permissions to update the listed Host with the actual GM rather than the placeholder (our VC) who is listed for every slot right now. If you're signing up to play events in the meantime, I would cross reference the Schedule I listed in the first post to prioritize events that have a GM.

We're in the process of pruning the slots that didn't get GMs, however a few of them already had enough players sign up for a runable table. If anyone is interested in GMing any of the following tables, please let me know. Our players would appreciate it.

I'll have an email to all GMs later this week. We only recently got an ability to update the event descriptions on TTE and have been prioritizing removing events that never got a GM, and updating the small fraction of events that aren't roll20.
TotalCon has traditionally always had the PFS point of contact (ie my VC) as the event host for all tables and doesn't normally put the actual GM down as the event host. We're still trying to find out how to make that work in the online world.
The email this week/weekend will have our solution for table links/sign-in sheets. I expect we'll put a table link and a sign-in sheet link in each events description, as well as have a master look-up table for use by HQ to help direct people. I don't expect it to be as simple/clean as a normal Warhorn approach, but we'll do what we can to try to get closer to that.

I'm hoping to get my mail-merge knowledge in order by this weekend to include each GM's personal schedule in that email.
