Never received orders 33314053 or 34945283

These two orders were unfortunately miss shipped to my old address, and I'm told the building owner sent them back to Paizo. I just want to confirm that you did in fact receive the returned packages, and I would like to reorder all 4 items.

As this was mostly due to my own error, if I need to pay the shipping charge again, that is perfectly acceptable. In fact, if you could combine these items with one of my upcoming shipments, that would be ideal from my point of view.

I sent an email regarding the first package in September, but have not yet received a reply. I was holding off on writing a second email so as to not further clog the mail queue, but at this time I'll make this single thread for both shipments and you can simply discard the emails.

I am so sorry that these were sent to the incorrect address! I checked on both orders and it looks like neither one has been returned yet so I am thinking they may have been lost on their way back to us. But we want to make sure you have your items, so I have created replacements to be shipped out to you with your next subscription order :) Please let me know if I can do anything to assist you further.


Of all the parties that had a hand in this, Paizo is the least at fault. Y'all did exactly what my account said to do; it isn't your fault I changed the billing address without changing the shipping address, nor that they wound up physically arriving within days of each other, unfortunately hitting the narrow window between when the post office would have forwarded items to my new address.

I very much appreciate your time and assistance on this matter, and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
