I have been patiently awaiting a response to the above post as I know you all are woefully behind on emails and you *were* behind on posts. However, I went through today and saw that all current posts are being responded to. I currently have a hundred dollars of my money that was taken from my account while at the same time you “used” the gift certificates I applied. Meaning I spent $250 on $150 of merchandise.
I have been incredibly patient regarding this matter but now that I see you have somehow skipped right over my post I’m no longer going to accept your silence. I have made reviewing this as easy as possible. Linking my original post, including my order number and pasting in the “math” that was applied to my purchase.

I am so sorry your post was skipped, although unintentional, it is unacceptable and we sincerely apologize. I took a look at the order and I can see that you reserved the store credit to be used for this order, but it looks like our system went ahead and charged your card for the full amount before applying the store credit. The store credit is still available on your account and it looks like there is enough to cover the entire order amount. Would you like me to go ahead and issue you a refund to your card and apply the store credit to this order for you? Please let me know how I can further assist you :)
