Shaman (Speaker for the Past) Spirit and their Mysteries

Rules Questions

Discusing Shaman Spirits over in advice, made me question something about my submission.

The Speaker for the Past Shaman Archetypes grants you Time & Ancestor Oracle Revelations

At 4th, 6th, 12th, 14th, and 20th levels, the speaker for the past can select a revelation from the ancestor or time mysteries. She uses her shaman level as her oracle level for these revelations, and uses her Wisdom modifier in place of her Charisma modifier for the purposes of the revelation.

But the rules for the Spirit, say that the Spirit and Mystery must align

If the shaman takes levels in another class that grants a mystery (such as the oracle), the spirit and mystery must match, even if that means one of them must change. Subject to GM discretion, the shaman can change her former mystery or spirit to make them conform.

Now because the mystery is NOT from another class does this not apply?

Or does it apply and a Speaker for the Past must select the Ancestor Spirit? (Because there is no Time Spirit)

The former, mostly.

It does not apply, because
1) these abilities do not come from your spirit
2) you did not choose another class.

This archetype does not affect that multiclass rule at all.

The only thing when it matters: If you do multiclass into oracle and choose the Time or Ancestor mystery, you cannot take the same revelation twice (once as a Shaman, once as an Oracle).
