This is my December subscription shipment. The tracking data has it shipped via UPS on December 11th, entered into the postal system in Warrendale PA on December 15th, and delivered to an unspecified address in Bloomington IL on December 19th. The mail carrier has been by today, and the package certainly isn't here, nor was it delivered here (I'm in Rochester NY). Now what?

I am so sorry that your order was delivered to the wrong address. Our tracking records for the order on our end also shows it being delivered to an address in IL. I have created a replacement order to be sent out to you ASAP, the new order is # 36310252. You should be receiving an email confirmation here shortly as well.
