No response from CS


Customer Service


I placed order 30035277 back on 10/25. It's still listed as pending. I've emailed customer service three times in the last three weeks for an update or refund and have not received a response.

I have cancelled the order for you and you should be receiving an email confirmation as well. Because we do not charge for orders until they ship, you have not been charged for this order. If your bank is still showing a hold on the funds, you should see it drop off soon now that I have cancelled the order. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
