So I was wondering if anyone had any advice on this build?
Leshy(Leaf) Fighter Barber
Str:18
Dex:12
Con:14
Wis:16
Int:8
Cha:10
Feats: Risky Surgery, Grasping Reach, Sudden Charge
Skills: Athletics, Surgery Lore, Medicine, Nature, Stealth
Start with Chain mail, get full plate ASAP
Great Axe and a few javelins.
I'm thinking of going Cleric dedication at 2nd to get shield and light cantrips as well as Survival and religion. I'd also get battle medicine at 2nd lvl.
3rd lvl fleet and increase medicine to expert
4th lvl sweep fighter feat
Damage should be pretty good with d12 as a fighter and d10 with reach(grasping reach) I'd be a competent healer out of combat right out of the gate with a +6 medicine (+8 with risky surgery) and after 2nd I can even heal in combat if there is am emergency.
I think the concept of a tree that chops down people could be fun and as a "Barber" he can also trim/prune people as well (manscapeing anyone).
Are there any major holes in the build? Something I missed?
Also at 5th with Axe mastery if I use sweep and crit both targets how much damage do I do with a +1 striking great axe
is it 2d12+4 +2d12 for Sweep to both of them or just one of them or what? The extra +1 for sweep applys to both targets and with a fighter's high to hit there should be a good chance for crits.

Looks alright to me. Key things I tend to watch for are:
- Do you have enough skills that you're good at? With the very-much-used Athletics and plans to pick up most of the Wisdom based skills, the answer is yes. You'll be able to contribute usefully to the party.
- Are you maximizing AC, at least for your class and amount of hands on your weapon? Yes you are.
- Do you have a decent ranged plan, for example against flying enemies that don't come in melee reach? Here you could improve a bit. When you become master in axes at level 5 I'd switch to a throwing axe of some kind because the +2 compared to javelins will compensate for the lesser range. Just put a Returning rune on it. Also make sure to boost Dexterity at level 5 then.
- Keep in mind that Battle Medicine requires a free hand.

This is one of the best sample PCs I've seen posted. Nothing lopsided or bizarre mechanically, yet with personality and flavor.
(I have a similar Leshy PC who switches plant/animal roles. He's like the comedian Gallagher, except instead of smashing melons on stage, he smashes animal heads.)
But yeah, Ascalaphus's diagnosis is sound. The Cleric MCD makes a solid patch for the low Int/skills and Shield makes a great 3rd action & defensive patch for wielding the 2H weapon.
-Remember even w/ plate it's good to get your Dex up to 18 for Reflex saves (IMO).
-Keep your axe in "Reach" mode before battle for AoOs.
-Consider picking up a Focus Spell from the Cleric list. Note that, assuming you aren't increasing your casting proficiency, offensive & counteract abilities will be stunted, though they also might be so useful in situations outside your strengths that one's worth it.
-Family Domain could make you the family barber. :) Yes, I just spoke against counteract effects, yet it's 1-action & thematic.
-Sudden Leap can aid w/ many ranged issues, especially with Reach stacked on that to attack higher. I'd still get a bow for outside, when you can afford it.
