A month ago I ordered something (Order 36265295). It shipped a few days later and stopped on Nov 17th in Kansas City. Tracking says 'Package enroute to USPS for induction'. It has not moved since then. What can I do to jump start the process so it continues to me?
Hi Nickademus42!
I am so sorry to hear that your package got stuck somewhere on its journey to you! I went a head and set up a replacement order to be shipped out ASAP. Your original should've arrived earlier this week at the latest, so I think it's safe to say that it was lost in the post :( The replacement order is # 36307772 and you should be receiving an email confirmation here shortly as well. Please let me know if I can do anything more to further assist you!

I would suggest calling the last carrier that physically had the package next time. A couple years ago this happened to me and I knew UPS had delivered it to USPS, but it had not yet been processed after 3 days of sitting there and it should have gotten to me the next day after it arrived. I called USPS and gave them the information I had on the package. Come to find out, the person that normally handles the inductions at that facility was on vacation. I got my the next day and also got a call from the Post Master of my post office that they have gotten the package and that it was out for delivery. I was not expecting a call like that, but it reassured me.
