Please cancel my Pathfinder Battles subscription, effective immediately.
I love the line and I'm excited for the new releases, but I'll be purchasing my Battles cases elsewhere from now on. The new subscriber price does not offer any savings vs. those from the competition, online or brick & mortar. Even the Premium piece is no longer a solid deal, with the price of shipping outweighing any savings our 30% off gives us.
I'm actually pretty bummed about it, as I've been a Battles subscriber since 2014. But depending on where I purchase from I can save anywhere from $20-$90; That's just too much savings when there's no other incentive to keep me subscribed (with the Battles line). The good news is, as I said, I'll still be purchasing the product itself, so Paizo still gets my money...
And just to be clear, I only want my Pathfinder Battles subscription cancelled. I'm content with my other subscriptions for now.

I have received the confirmation email, thank you.
I still have an outstanding issue with Order 36292724. Despite having the Cheapest Shipping Method selected, the system split my order of Adventure Path #162 and Pathfinder Adventure: Troubles In Otari in two, shipping each separately and charging me twice for shipping in the process. I left a forum post last week but haven't heard back. I know you folks are swamped with a pretty sizable backlog, and with it being a post-shipment issue at this point, there's no rush.
But this bug seems to be affecting a significant amount of others, too. Flyteach posted about a similar issue up in the December shipping thread. He messed around with the shipping options, and it appears the "Cheapest Shipping" registered as $11 more that the actual cheapest method, U.S. Priority shipping. Thus, you might encourage the tech team to look at that situation. It would be a shame if the Cheapest Shipping option was actually misleading many Paizo subscribers (as I suspect it is).
Getting back to my specific order, Order 36292724 was split. Troubles In Otari, shipping order 3354719, is listed with a total shipping weight of 2 lbs.. However, the shipping cost listed for that book is $4.83. Meanwhile, Adventure Path #162, shipping order 3353718, is listed with a shipping weight of only 1 lb. But the total shipping weight for that product is $5.65. So not only have I been erroneously charged twice for shipping, I'm unsure why the box with a lower shipping weight threshold is over a dollar more expensive to ship. Can you supply me with an answer why this would be the case? I shouldn't have been charged twice to begin with, but it seems faulty that even in this mistake, I'm being charged more for a book with a lighter shipping weight.
