Hi.
My name is Clayton Painter.
I ordered two digital books on Sunday the 29th.
Gamemasters Guide and the Murder's Mark Module for Pathfinder.

It said that the payment was declined during checkout.
I retried and it was again declined.
I called my credit card company and they say that the payment was approved 7 times, so the rejection was not on their side that it must be a glitch on the vendor's site.

1 - I only want to make the purchase once. And that single purchase did not go through.
2 - How do we go about resolving this? I now have a bunch of pending charges on my credit card.

Please charge me once and deliver my digital orders.

I emailed you multiple times this week and got no response.
I called today and your office are closed because of Covid.

Hi Clayton! First, let me reassure you that you have not be charged for the order. The order was not completed due to the card being declined. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to your card does not match what the bank has on file for it. Each time you tried to submit the order your bank was pinged. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. I have reversed those authorizations for you, but please allow some time for those to reflect in your bank account. If you would still like to complete the order, we recommend double checking the billing address your bank has on file. Please let me know if I can assist you further, thank you!
