Hi there!
Due to inattentiveness on my side, a package from Paizo has been returned to sender. (I didn't notice the "you can pick up a package" until I saw the notification "it's now being returned". Tsk me.)
I'd like to ask you, if you see a package for me returned, would you send it again? Of course, since this is entirely my own fault, I'll cover the additional postage costs.

I am so sorry to hear that your package was returned. Once it has made its way back to us and we can process the return, you should be receiving an email confirmation, when you see that email please respond by letting us know how you would like to proceed :)
