Is there a list of all the metamagic for clerics? It seems greatly reduced from Pathfinder 1st edition and I can't find a table or tag that just lists the ones for a cleric.

Just check their feats, sort by traits, gaze 'pon everything tagged Metamagic. Or just ctrl+f.
All metamagic feats except ones I refer to as open require Heal or Harm.
Lv 1 Reach Spell — Open. All casters can get this.
Lv 4 Radiant/Necrotic Infusion — level-scaling damage buff
Lv 4 Command Undead — steal Lv-3 undead
Lv 6 Cast Down — knock target prone, slow on crit
Lv 8 Martyr — hurt yourself to heal more
Lv 10 Heroic Recovery — brief +5 speed +1 attack, damage
Lv 10 Through Spell — Open, spell attacks ignore live cover
Lv 12 Defensive Recovery — brief +2 AC/saves
Lv 14 Ebb and Flow — heal one target, damage another
Lv 16 Remediate — counteract aligned spell effect
Lv 18 Echoing Channel — extra 1-action effect
Lv 20 Metamagic Channel — free action metamagic
But, yeah, just search for the word Metamagic" on the page and that'll serve you well.
