Black Friday not stacking with Paizo Advantage (Tier 1)

On order #22847617 I did not get my Paizo Advantage discount. Should it stack with the Black Friday discount? If so, could I get a partial refund for the difference?

These two discounts do not stack and because the 25% off for Black Friday was the best deal of the two, our system applied that one to your order. Please let me know if there is anything more I can do to further assist you :)
