Problem with AP #34 - maps and text

There seems to be a problem with the PDF of AP#34: We're No Heroes. All of the maps are unselectable as a single object. Each one is split into multiple segments, making it impossible to cut and paste them into Roll20 or other VTT.

Also, all the text in the book is saved as an image. The text is therefore not selectable, copy-able, paste-able in text editors, such as the Paizo bulletin boards (where I play Play by Post campaigns).

As is, it is simply unusable online/VTT/Play by Post. Was going to write a review, but I realize this MUST be an error.

Can you send me a PDF that is fixed?

I can confirm this problem as well. The images/maps are also chopped up into sections making this almost completely unusable in Roll20, FGU or any other VTT.
