I am pissed off at Paizo! Customer service sucks from both the employees and their manager Sara! I only got 1 response on my order and nothing since, thinking if they ignore me I'll go away. I would rate their service 0 stars!

Not going to make excuses, but here is a few tips.

1- Email is backed up for months, so that is not your best bet to get a response. Not sure if that is what you are bringing up or not but thought I would throw that out there first.

2- Forums are the way to go currently because the Phone system is also down. So make a post and we wait. Don't reply to your post until it is responded to by a customer service rep because it will bump you to the back of the list.

3- If you email in, don't get a response in the time frame you need, make a forum post AND let them know you also emailed. That way they can cross reference and check both off their lists as they reply.

If you already know all of that, then you are in the same boat as the rest of us. The responses to the forum posts have actually gotten alot better and quicker recently.

I dunno about the OP, but I am not going to discuss the particulars of my account, especially the financial aspects in a pubic forum. The problem is that first you have to wait three months for a response and once that happens, your conversation is pretty much over. If you reply to their response there is an incredibly good chance they will never reply to it. While the forums responsiveness might have gotten better, the email responsiveness is the worst I can recall it ever being at 3 months per the most recent update dated 4 November.

Customer service used to be great, but now I'm having the same issue, I emailed over a month ago, and now they ignore my forum posts replying to all the ones around them.
