(not sure if you're asking about 1E or 2E, so I'll answer for both to the best of my ability)
In 2nd Edition a Pegasus is a Beast, and currently isn't available as an Animal Companion option. Perhaps a future sourcebook will have rules for them.
In 1st Edition a Pegasus is available as a Monstrous Companion, but the feat is not generally PFS legal, and I am unaware of whether there is a Society option unlocks it.
Depending on your build, a 1st Edition workaround might be the Summon Good Monster feat, which seems like a good option for a Summoner.

I picked up a Bronze Griffon figurine of wondrous power for 10,000 gp at around 5th or 6th level.
In PFS, you shouldn't have any issues with a GM letting you use it twice per scenario.

Pretty sure I bumped into a character with a hippogriff mount/cavalier in PFS1; so there must be at least a boon or two out there that might unlock a couple of Monstrous Companions. No clue what boon he had, I was still a very new to PFS player back then.

Unfortunately, No pegasus on the Mounted Tradition boon.
"You spurn commonplace mounts for a creature better suited to your personality and your culture's traditions. If you have the divine bond or mount class feature, instead of choosing an animal companion from the list provided in the class description, you may instead call a mount from the list below so long as you are a member of the listed race. You must actually be a member of the listed race; the adopted trait or similar abilities do not grant you access to another race's traditional mount. If the animal companion statistics for your race's mount are not foiund in the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook, the source is listed below. You must bring a copy of the listed book to all games in which you use the selected animal companion as though access to the animal companion came from the Additional Resources list.
Catfolk: big cat (must be level 7)
Dhampir: wolf (must be level 7)
Goblin: goblin dog (must be level 4; Pathfinder RPG Bestiary)
Tengu: axe beak (must be level 4; Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 3)
Grippli: giant frog (must be level 4; Pathfinder RPG Bestiary)
Kitsune: wolf (must be level 7)
Kobold: giant gecko (must be level 4; Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 3)
Nagagi: giant chameleon (must be level 4; Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 3)
Ratfolk: riding rat (Pathfinder RPG Monster Codex 177)
Rougarou: wolf (must be level 7)
Vishkanya: megalania (must be level 7; Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 3)"

Hippogriff rider could also have just taken the Monstrous Mount and Monstrous Mount Mastery feats from Inner Sea Combat. (Sable Company Marine can choose them as ranger bonus feats, but anyone can take them as a normal feat.)
Pegasus, though, no. Monstrous Companion was never legal by any boon (it's effectively Leadership).

You can get a Pegasus mount in 1st Edition PFS.
Here is how you do it.
Have your 1st level character play all six quests in Pathfinder Society Quest: Honor's Echo (PFRPG).
On the chronicle sheet you will get :a figurine of wondrous power called: broken figurine of wondrous power (alabaster pegasus):
At a higher level and when you have enough gold you can upgrade it by paying 8750gp.
It then becomes a figurine of wondrous power (alabaster pegasus): Other than its appearance, this figurines functions identically to a figurine of wondrous power (ebony fly). <- This part is important.
You then get Companion Figurine and the Vermin Heart feats and boom you now have a Pegasus animal companion that can fly at 8th level. In the case of this figurine, the usable duration of the companion figurine doubles and you may use it up to six times per week for up to 12 hours per use.

Man, wish I had known about this when I was at first level. In 1e I have a 7th level Shieldmaiden that I want to make into a Valkyrie.
