Technically, line, flexible line, and wide line are different weapon properties. The continuous fusion only works on the line property. That said, the wide line property 'functions as a weapon with the line weapon special property, except the line is 10 feet wide.'. So that one should work with continuous. Flexible line does not have that language, only 'resolve the attack per the line weapon special property.' So it does not work with continuous.
However, as a GM, I'd probably allow it.
I agree with garretmander on all accounts. Probably won't fly in SFS, even the wide line, but I'd allow it at home.

I think this is one if those split answers.
Rules Answer: I think this technically won't work with flexible line, if we're being legalistic.
Advice Answer: It's gonna be more fun to let this work, and I think there's decent odds that it would be intended to work.
