I sent an email a week ago about this, and I know you are all quite busy, but I am very nervous about this problem so I am following up with a post here since I have not received a reply to that email.

I want to make sure my subscription orders go through. They have not for the past couple of months and now it has built up to 3 months worth of subscription orders. I don't even understand what went wrong previously. My card is working fine for everything I have used it on, including Paizo orders in the past, and I don't know why it has not worked for these orders. I have already received the portrait version of the Advanced GM Screen the other week without any issues, so I don't understand why these orders were declined. Please advise what I need to do to ensure this works so that the card is not declined again and my subscription orders go through. I do have another card I can use now, if I have to, but I would prefer not to use it, if at all possible.

Please advise. I still want these products and subscriptions and I do not want to lose my Starfinder Charter Subscriber status.

I looked at the order and it shipped out a while ago, so it looks like this got sorted out. Let us know if it starts happening again.
