Does friendly fire break an enchantment (suggestion)?

Playing ROTRL and we had to leave last night on a cliffhanger due to time. Anyhoo, I was left under SUGGESTION at the time. Can a teammate fire breath at the opponent with me in the line of fire, and would that break the enchantment as though I was “attacked”. Or is that a cheat, or just a GM call? He previously had an ogre break my suggestion spell because my teammates attacked the ogre while it was running away.

Nothing in the spell description says it ends if you are attacked. so NO.

Being attacked by the guy that did cast the spell breaks some Charm but not all of them.

Suggestion is a compulsion. The initial casting requires it to sound reasonable and not obviously harmful. It doesn't say that if the action becomes unreasonable or harmful later the spell is broken, but it can be an acceptable ruling in a home game.

Depending on the wording of the suggestion it can be affected by an attack or other action, as an example, if the wording affecting the ogre was "Flee to save your life" and then someone drops a wall of fire between the ogre and the only exit, the Suggestion becomes impossible to be fulfilled and stop affecting the ogre, at least until he gets a way to flee.
Simply attacking him doesn't break it.

The same thing for you, unless fulfilling the Suggestion becomes impossible, you will have to do what was suggested.
