I was reading some of the new feats for the Pathfinder Agents. Two attracted my attention:
Remember Your Training
They seem a bit weak, but hey, they do give you a way to use any skill at level as proficiency.
Except there's this sentence in one other feat:
When using a skill untrained, your proficiency bonus is equal to your level instead of 0.
Which other feat, you might ask? Why, it's the Pathfinder Agent Dedication, the prerequisite for taking the two other feats.
At least Remember Your Training gives you a little bit of bonus, treating Failure as Success, but Watch and Learn doesn't even have this little tiny bit.

This has started to be noted in this thread already, and it may be good to add to it. I can't check at the moment, but I think there was also an added Spellmaster feat which didn't notice the dedication already gives a bonus to identify spells, and a Swordmaster feat which didn't know that the dedication gives a bonus to not be disarmed. It's strange that the same issue happened several times, makes me wonder what the process for adding to an archetype looks like.

Remember your training is actually pretty dang good even with teh overlapping text.
upgrading failure to success is very rarely found in abilities.
plus, Recall for creatures gets progressively sronger, so even a dedicated character has problems using recall 2 or more times on a monster.
I was actually think of making a mastermind rogue with that feat just for the sheer power of having an almost at-will success on your recalls (which trigger stuff like making them flat footed or taking extra sneak damage)
