Can't Place Order

I've been trying since last night to place an order, but every time I try, nothing happens. I've seen other threads about addresses not matching causing this problem, and I've checked and verified everything multiple times. I've never had any issues before.

Our system calculates sales tax based on your city. Despite being a PDF order, our system was not able to process your order due to it missing the shipping address.
