Our system calculates sales tax based on your city. Despite being a PDF order, our system was not able to process your order due to it missing the shipping address. Same thing here. Made a thread last week that hasn't had a response. I've tried multiple browsers, incognito on Chrome, my phone, and nothing works.

I've been trying since last night to place an order, but every time I try, nothing happens. I've seen other threads about addresses not matching causing this problem, and I've checked and verified everything multiple times. I've never had any issues before.
