My monthly subscription is back to being held for an old, cancelled credit card. I think the problem is because the payment update CS made to the last collection of held stuff has not propagated backwards. Or at least that is how it looks on my end. I'd like to pay for my stuff either with the updated Mastercard number I entered earlier in this problem chain, or if that is truly never going to be possible, or will never fix the root cause of this long-lived issue, then with the Visa I just entered but could not change over to with the payment management links.

I'm so sorry you're still experiencing issues with your payment. Go ahead and send an email to us with the last four digits of the Mastercard you'd like set as your default payment method for your orders, then reply here that you've sent an email and I can make sure to set that for you on your account and remove any old payment methods while I'm at it.

It looks like you were able to set the payment method, but I have gone ahead and removed any other payment methods as well. I also went back and adjusted your pending orders.
Anything we had in stock I moved to one order to ship out together with the shipping fee waived, and you should see a confirmation email shortly. Anything not in stock was moved to your sidecart.

I see the suspended order has some dice. I ordered them separately and already received the separate order, because I thought I might have thrown them out in foam peanuts at some point. I don't need duplicate sets of Attack of the Swarm, AotS limited, Threefold Conspiracy, or Tryant's Grasp. If it's not too late, please cancel those before unsuspending the order and just leave the Age of Ashes set in the sidecart.
Got it! I have cancelled the AotS, AotS limited, Threefold Conspiracy and Tyrant's grasp dice and pushed your order directly to our warehouse. They should ship it out first thing tomorrow.
