Page 39 of the scenario that list the treasure bundles goes from level 3 to level 6. The scenario is a 1-4. Not trying to nit pick just wanting to let the powers that be know that it needs another run by editing.

It's simply a typo, the Guide to Organized Play has the proper treasure bundles. Please mention this on the product page.

I think I also see a Stat Block error on page 27. Seem the Attack bonus and Damage for this creature is the same for Tier 1-2 and 3-4 (Creature CR3 and CR5).
