Hi,
I've been trying to place an order for the last two weeks. No matter what I try when I click "ORDER" I get the following message "The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area." I have tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari; clearing all cookies and cache. I have even tried it from a different IP and I still get the same message. I've sent multiple emails to customer service going back two weeks which have gone unanswered. If it wasn't for the fact that a good portion was store credit I would have given up by now. Any help would be appreciated.

Getting in while it won't bump you down in the queue --
One thing I can see that you didn't mention is opening the link to the page you are having trouble from in an incognito window. That is something you can definitely try in Chrome, or in Edge with the "inPrivate" window option.
I suppose trying from a completely different computer might yield different results, but I have no idea how practical that would be for you.
But the Paizo site does seem to have some issues right now that weren't a problem last week (such as the entire Organized Play section being inaccessible), so it may need some work from the Paizo techs when they get back into the office.
