Hi! Email was sent on 7/30 @ 7:07am PST titled "PaizoCon Online - Rewards" from the organized play at paizo emailbox on my behalf.
Can you take a look at the email and respond? Essentially one of my $50 vouchers I was originally going to use but cancelled the order and now we're needing the voucher reactivated since it was never used.
Also, it's not in the e-mail but this was during gencon and I never got to use the gencon2020 promocode for 20% off. (I was wanting to use my vouchers, and later the gencon2020 promo code said it had already been used when similarly it had never been actually submitted with an order). If anything could be done about that then that'd be great, if not then I understand and no worries!
