This order was sent back mid September and the tracking for it leads me to the ups website, but then ends there. Usually there is a link to the USPS side of things where I can see any updates.

As of now I have not received this order, should I get in touch with UPS directly to see what may have happened?

We're a couple of weeks past when your order should have been delivered. I have set up a replacement order for you. If the original shipment arrives, you can refuse the new package at the door or "return to sender". Thanks for your patience!

Good evening,

I know this has more to do with the mess usps has been lately but the same thing happened with Order 36254717 it comes to NC and sent to usps for induction, afterwards the tracking is dropped. I did receive Order 36263792 and it probably has something to do with the priority shipping.

I hate to ask but could the order I've been having trouble getting be sent along with a larger order such as when another hard cover comes out?

I attempted to reach out to UPS using the email provided on the tracking but I haven't heard a response.
