Is there a Fall of Plaguestone player's guide.
I can't find it.
Players Guides are usually written for Adventure Paths: 6-segment stories that are published once a month for half a year.
The Fall Of Plaguestone is an Adventure, not an Adventure Path. Adventures are single publications that are complete within themselves.
There is not a Players' Guide to Fall Of Plaguestone.
There is none, but there are specific backgrounds that are available. You can find those on aonprd or ask the gm to tell players about them. When I ran it, I just told the players about each background and asked them if any seemed interesting to them, but we were building characters together because they were new players, so maybe it's not the best way to go about it for other groups.

I do have a copy of the new player's backgrounds page from the book, and that is really all you need. You could do the same for your players.
