Can someone help me out with this diviner arcanist build im working on? I've dubbed it the navigator. The basic idea is that you basically offer backline support and i mean Massive backline support as in you can be outside of the building and still help by tracking your team and firing off long range spells when necessary.

Have you considered the Seeking Spell metamagic? You can hide behind total cover, or literally be outside the building, and still land your spells in the target.
If you take Half-Elf as your race, you can get the Psychic Sensitivity feat as a racial trait (in place of the Half-Elf's Skill Focus). And the Dreamspeaker racial trait gives a flat +1 DC to divination spells (and some other good stuff); replaces Elven Immunities. Unless banned by your GM, Paragon Surge might give some good daily versatility, as you can choose an Arcanist Exploit or Arcane Discovery [feat: Extra Arcanist Exploit -> Arcane Discovery exploit].
