Thank you for shipping my subscription order for September for which I just received an email.

However, the previous order (the first of the subscription orders) - number in this title still has not shipped.

Can you please clarify?

I caught you just after your bump so I'll go ahead and tell you: Bumping your thread do the opposite of what you want. They go from bottom to top, so when you "bump to the top", you actually go back to the end of the waiting list. Just be patient and don't reply to this thread (nor anyone's else thread). They are working on a better system, but right now that's how it works, and they have a huge list of messages to go through.

October subscriptions will generate tomorrow, and I'm going to go ahead and wait until your October order generates so that we can minimize the number of shipments we're sending your way and hopefully reduce costs there. Once your new order is ready, I'll combine your shipments and send a new confirmation email your way. Let me know if you have any other questions!


Well, the October order is marked as shipped and complete and still no word on the August order. It didn't seem to be combined with the generated October order as you suggested would get sorted...
