The above order (made on June 25 2020) never arrived, but it's listed as "Complete". My card was charged, but I haven't received anything (it was split into three packages, presumably for customs reasons). I can understand a shipping delay, but the "complete" status makes me think nothing is coming at this point.
I emailed customer service in August, and again this week, but I've since seen there's an (understandable) backlog of emails. I appreciate the regular updates on that front, but thought I'd post here as well in case that helps move things along. I appreciate any insights!

Hi Swashbuckles,
Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. When your order says that it's "complete," that just means that it has shipped out from our warehouse. We have had reports from international customers of their books arriving several months late in some cases, and your books should still be on their way.
