Ok, I have an issue. First of all, I made an order of a physical book and pdf bundle back on July 29th. The same day, I e-mailed customer support, and have done so weekly since then. At around the 3 week mark, I started trying to call, but even during business hours, I only get a message stating "this customer's voice mail box is full, and is unable to receive messages."
So... I have seen no customer service at all. Now, I'm trying the forums in a last-ditch effort to get anyone to respond - at all.
Basically, I made the purchase, paid for it (including shipping, I might add - you'll see why this is important in a moment), and the item went into my "sidecart". I did not want it to do this, as I had paid for shipping, but it went there regardless. I didn't think much of it as I had a subscription coming anyway. Since then, I have received several subscriptions, but there it remains - in the sidecart.
I have not yet received the pdf nor the physical book. I am asking anyone to please, please at least just respond. This is getting... really bad at this point.

I've managed to shake loose your PF Companion order and it is shipping out today but I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say that you haven't received several sub products? Can you be more specific as to what the last books you received were and which ones you feel you are missing?

Sorry if I typed it wrong - I *have* received several sub products, and the sidecars should have shipped with it. Thank y out so much for handling this.
Honest question, though - should I not be using e-mail or phone support anymore? I understand that everything has been in upset lately, so just so long as I know where I should go.

...again, this is in reference to the "In The Company of Dragons Expanded (PFRPG) Hardcover/PDF Bundle".
So after further investigation, it seems that the reason your order hasn't processed yet is we are still waiting on more stock of the books from the publisher. I'm looking into why we haven't received more right now but that's the hold-up. As I learn more, I will drop back into this thread and let you know, and thank you for your patience.
